The same design as the original FeralVilla, but specifically for the value-conscious, person who is a bit "handy" around the shop. The Project includes all the wood parts which have been insulated, but they are unpainted. The Project's roof also comes without shingles.

Materials required to finish the Project:
--Paint (about 1-2 quarts) and painting equipment
--Cordless screwdriver is strongly recommended
--Roofing material and application equipment (can be shingles and roofing nails, or whatever you choose)
Skills required:
--Basic painting
--Installation of shingles (or other desired roofing)
--Driving in screws
Complete instructions are included for assembly. The builder is assumed to have a knowledge of painting and roofing to complete the project.

The FeralVilla Project is also a great activity for organizations, groups or clubs who either need to provide housing for many outdoor cats, or who are looking for a fundraiser.

Size: Overall size is 22" wide by 22" deep and about 22" tall at the peak of the roof. The upper, insulated "bedroom" is about 20" wide by 20" deep and the height varies from 10" to 12".
